Pelvic Tilt

There's a reason the pelvic tilt is one of the most prescribed therapeutic exercises out there. The benefits are especially helpful for modern posture problems and imbalances. Watch the video below on how to perform and read below for the benefits.

Benefits of the pelvic tilt:

  • Helps stretch the extensor muscles of the low back.

  • Helps teach the body to activate the glutes.

  • Can help relax muscle spasms and cramps in the low back.

  • Teaches the body to properly activate the glutes and transverse abs together to better stabilize and support the lower spine.

Always use care when doing any therapeutic exercise or stretch, especially if not specifically prescribed to you. Cease this activity if you experience adverse effects.
