Benefits of the Chin Tuck:

  • Helps relieve and stretch muscles often responsible for tension in the upper neck and back of the head.

  • Activates and strengthens the often-neglected deep neck flexor muscles.

  • Can help correct anterior head carriage ("text-neck") and promote better posture.

Always use care when doing any therapeutic exercise or stretch, especially if not specifically prescribed to you. Cease this activity if you experience adverse effects.
