Benefits of Child's Pose:

  • Stretches and elongates the spine.

  • Releases tension across the shoulders and can help with shoulder mobility.

  • Can help relax muscle spasms and cramps in the low back.

Always use care when doing any therapeutic exercise or stretch, especially if not specifically prescribed to you. Cease this activity if you experience adverse effects.
