Bruegger's Stretch

Much of our modern day lives we spend in flexion, especially with increases in computer use and electronic devices. Bruegger's stretch helps with some of these imbalances. Watch the video below on how to perform and read below for the benefits.

Benefits of Bruegger's stretch:

  • Helps stretch the chest/pectoral muscles.

  • Helps teach the body to activate and strengthen the back muscles.

  • Develops and relaxes specific muscles for better posture.

  • Can help open up the chest and improve breathing.

Always use care when doing any therapeutic exercise or stretch, especially if not specifically prescribed to you. Cease this activity if you experience adverse effects.
