Is chiropractic safe?Chiropractic is a very non-invasive way to diminish and manage pain as well as delay osteoarthritis and joint degeneration. Chiropractic doctors are trained to screen patients that may have contraindications to care before treatment is rendered. It's important to be open and honest with your doctor. Some people may have mild soreness after an adjustment. Chiropractic care is safe for the majority of people.

I'm interested in becoming a new patient; what is the process?Call our office at 815-634-3750 during open hours to schedule. A typical new patient appointment will last about an hour. This allows the doctor to go over your health history, perform a physical examination, and take any X-rays if applicable.

Do you take insurance?We are in network with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coverage for services will be based on your personal contract with your insurance company. Call the number on the back of your card to talk to your insurance company about coverage for the services you are interested in. Though we are not in network with other insurances, you may have out of network benefits. Again, call your insurance company to get more information. When you arrive for your new patient visit, bring your insurance card and our insurance specialist will run your benefits as a courtesy to you. Depending on the schedule, you may not know your specific benefits before your visit. Our insurance specialist with take time with you after running your insurance and explain your benefits.
